Public offer for the provision of tourist services
1. General Provisions
This Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') is a public offer from the Company to any capable individual or legal entity to conclude an agreement for the provision of tourist services.
By making a booking and payment on our website, the Client fully accepts the terms of this Agreement.
The Agreement comes into force from the moment of payment and remains valid until the full fulfillment of obligations by both parties.
2. Payment Terms and Methods
Payment for tourist services is made in full at the time of booking through our website using Uzum Bank payment gateway.
All transactions are processed securely with 3D Secure technology to protect your financial information.
After successful payment, the Client receives an electronic confirmation of booking to the email address specified during registration.

- Visa and Mastercard international cards
- Uzcard and Humo local cards
- All transactions protected with 3D Secure
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Client has the right to cancel the tour booking with a refund according to the following schedule:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
4. Payment Security and 3D Secure
All payment transactions on our website are processed through Uzum Bank using advanced security technologies.

5. Personal Data Processing
By accepting this Agreement, the Client consents to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data necessary for the provision of tourist services.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is not transferred to third parties without the Client's consent, except as required by law.
6. Liability and Dispute Resolution
The Company is not liable for circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, political events, or travel restrictions.
All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
