Traveler Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth travel experience, travelers are responsible for: Holding a valid passport with at least six months' remaining validity Obtaining all required visas prior to departure Providing accurate personal information at booking Maintaining valid travel insurance for the duration of the trip Arriving on time for flights, transfers, and scheduled activities Following the laws and customs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied boarding or entry, without refund. Complaint Review Process - Upon receiving your complaint: Step 1 – Acknowledgement We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days. Step 2 – Investigation Our Customer Relations Team will investigate the matter by reviewing all relevant information and communicating with service providers if necessary. Step 3 – Resolution We aim to provide a final response within 14–28 business days depending on the complexity of the case. Step 4 – Follow-Up Where appropriate, corrective actions will be taken to improve future services. Compensation Requests Compensation requests will be evaluated individually based on: - Service agreements - Booking conditions - Supplier responsibilities - Supporting evidence provided Compensation is not automatically guaranteed and will be assessed fairly and objectively.
