CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Among Travel agency economically responsible for the nonuse available rooms as well as for non  rendered tourist  services.   The  exact  terms  of  cancellation  and economical responsibility are defined by the Annual Protocol.   In case, if tourists refuse some or all the services included in the program agreed by the sides and in case of interruption of the tour caused by violation of the current legislation of the host country by a tourist or due to some other similar circumstances compensation for the non rendered service is not paid.   Complaints  of  the tourists for the non rendered services or for the low quality are accepted by the sides no later than 2 weeks after the and of the tour and are considered during 4 weeks after their receiving.  Within this period the parts inform each other about their decisions.   If the complaints are found to be well grounded, the compensation is paid according to    “the International Convention of Bruxellex” (April 23, 1970), to   “European Directive” №90/314 CC. In  case  of  well-grounded  claim  the  party concerned does everything possible to eliminate the drawbacks. Should the sides be unable to fulfill their obligations under this Contract due to Force Major (Act of God, fire, warfare, decisions of the government, strikes, etc.) they are not bound to fulfill their obligations.

Cancellation by Traveler The following refund policy applies unless otherwise stated: More than 45 days before departure - 70% refund 30 days before departure - 30% refund 20 days before departure - 20% refund Less than 10 days before departure - No refund Important Notice - Non-Refundable Services: - Visa processing fees - Travel insurance premiums - Airline tickets with non-refundable fare conditions - Special event tickets - Certain hotel bookings marked as non-refundable - Customized or tailor-made travel arrangements No-Show Policy If a traveler fails to arrive for a scheduled service without prior notice, the booking will be considered a "No-Show" and no refund will be provided. Early Departure No refunds will be granted for unused services due to: - Voluntary early departure - Missed flights or transportation - Personal reasons - Failure to obtain required travel documents - Violation of local laws and regulations Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days after receiving the cancellation request and all necessary supporting documents. Bank transfer fees, currency exchange losses, and third-party supplier charges may be deducted from the refund amount. ⸻ PRICE POLICY General Pricing Principles At Shaherezada Travel, we are committed to providing transparent, competitive, and fair pricing for all travel services. All prices displayed on our website, quotations, brochures, and promotional materials are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking. Currency - Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in: - United States Dollar (USD) - Euro (EUR) - Uzbekistani Som (UZS) Currency exchange rates may affect the final payable amount. Prices may include: - Accommodation - Transportation - Airport transfers - Professional guides - Excursions and sightseeing tours - Meals as specified in the itinerary - Entrance fees where indicated Included services will always be clearly specified in the confirmed itinerary and travel voucher. Excluded Services - Unless specifically stated, prices do not include: - International airfare - Visa fees - Travel insurance - Personal expenses - Optional excursions - Laundry services - Telephone charges - Tips and gratuities - Additional meals and beverages Price Changes - Shaherezada Travel reserves the right to adjust prices due to circumstances beyond our control, including: - Government tax increases - Fuel surcharges - Currency exchange fluctuations - Hotel rate adjustments - Transportation cost increases - Changes imposed by suppliers Any confirmed booking will not be affected unless such changes are required by law or supplier regulations. Promotional Offers - Special promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers are available for limited periods and may be subject to specific conditions. Promotional prices cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Group Pricing - Special rates may be available for: - Student groups - Corporate groups - Educational tours - Incentive travel groups - Large tour groups Group quotations are prepared individually based on group size and service requirements. Child Policy - Discounts for children may apply depending on: - Age of the child - Hotel policy - Transportation provider policy - Tour program requirements Supporting documentation may be requested. Payment Requirements - To secure reservations, advance payment may be required. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule stated in the booking confirmation. Pricing Errors - In the event of a pricing error caused by technical, human, or system issues, Shaherezada Travel reserves the right to correct the price and notify the customer before final confirmation.
